Machu Picchu is reached only by bus from Aguas Caliente. Since we arrived during rainy season, we had packed our ponchos, ready for a soggy day. When we arrived, it was foggy and drizzly, but miraculously, the dreariness wore off, and we had a beautiful day to explore. It was an incredible site to see, and I completely understand why Fodder’s named it the #1 place to see before you die.
