We had a beer to days ago, one beer, combined with some sugar, and I woke up feeling terrible. All day I felt like crap. Note to self: although beer is delicious and refreshing, it no longer likes you—it’s a heartbreaker of epic proportions (like Kirk Cameron).

On the positive side, I can say that since changing our diet, I don’t wake up feeling exhausted, and I have a ton more energy overall.
